As Head of Project Management:
Oversaw project applications, monitoring, and financial governance for over 100 active CIIF-funded projects with a combined budget of $370 million. These initiatives encompassed family and child welfare, youth development, elderly empowerment, social inclusion, community capacity building, and cross-generational integration, executed by more than 50 public, nonprofit, and private organizations across all 18 districts of Hong Kong
Led and supervised the Project Management and Accounting Teams, providing guidance on project monitoring, conducting site visits, evaluating funding applications, and delivering funding recommendations to the CIIF Committee for review and approval
Cultivated strategic partnerships with public and private sector stakeholders, connecting funded projects with cross-sectoral resources and networks to enhance project development and impact
Enhanced operational efficiency by evaluating and optimizing workflows, procedures, and infrastructure for project management and internal processes
Provided comprehensive secretariat support to the CIIF Committee and its Sub-committees, preparing all necessary documentation, reports, and presentations to facilitate informed decision-making
