Key Responsibilities:


As Team Head of SEN Service,


1. Enhanced students' learning and living on campus by monitoring, reviewing, and executing service coordination (e.g. through liaison with internal units and external partners) for students with SEN


2. Promoted campus inclusion by planning and organizing activities and campaigns that promoted SEN awareness and administering funding schemes that supported inclusion activities


3. Ensured smooth service operations by supervising five support and program staff, suggesting enhancement measures to streamline the administration of the service, and providing training for staff when necessary


4. Oversaw and maintained financial accounts by planning annual budget for the 2022-2025 triennium and keeping track of spending positions to ensure effective and efficient use of public funding


5. Drove the development and enhancement of student initiatives and services by providing secretariat support and consolidating useful information for discussion in steering committees
